Hi, I’m Jake Gable.
The Gable Group is owned and operated by Jake Gable. Jake is a Cleveland native, growing up in Rocky River and Lakewood he knows the Cleveland westside better than most.
Jake is passionate about finding quality homes for his clients at the right price. His background in accounting and construction helps him bring a unique expertise to his clients. He’s also a Cleveland real estate investor himself owning multiple properties across Cleveland so he understands the market. He takes an incredible amount of responsibility and pride in what he does. Jake specializes in residential properties as well as investments.
Jake lives in Rocky River with his wife and two children. He loves all things Cleveland, whiskey, wine, and an occasional celebratory cigar.
